Public consultations

The public consultation applies exclusively to documents for which this process is required. It is open for a period of 60 days from the date of publication of the document, in the “open consultations” section. At the end of this consultation period, a summary of the contributions received, along with the associated responses, will be prepared and published in the “Closed consultations” section. This publication aims to ensure the transparency of the process and to inform stakeholders of the lessons learned from the consultation. The effective date of the updated document will be communicated to stakeholders. An appropriate transition period will also be defined to allow the parties concerned to anticipate the changes.
